Engagement pictures

I so enjoy getting to do engagement shoots!  The two are always bursting with giddiness, up for anything, and the emotions are so real.  I recently had the opportunity to take some pictures with a super fun couple who will be getting married this December.  (I'm going to do the wedding, too!)  They had me laughing the entire time, an added bonus!  Here are some of my faves...

Who doesn't love puppies???  (Aside from Rhett, sorry! LOL)  How about 9 roly poly, active, goofy balls of fluff?  I didn't get a shot of all of them -  my max was 5, apparently.  But hopefully you get the picture.  Sorry, all have found families to love on!

Isn't it good luck when it rains on your wedding day??

This lovely bride and groom were so laid back with their shoot, even though it was pouring rain 1 hour before our scheduled session!  I do mean POURING.  Luckily, we live in AZ, so it blew over pretty quickly.  It just so happened that we were hit with some crazy weather all week, even getting a hailstorm at night.  We were still able to get some beautiful pictures of the soon-to-be-newlyweds.  Thanks for being so flexible!

Cutie pie 1 year old pictures!

Keagan is a super busy, quirky, adorable little dude!  He has so much character - he had me cracking up during his shoot.  Getting him to stand still long enough for a photo is another story...  He was all over the place!  I cannot even fathom TWIN boys! (Knock on wood!!!)

Adorable baby session!

Last week I had the chance to photograph a darling 7 month old, Clara.  Her mom wanted some pictures while she's in the cute "not-quite-mobile-but-still-sweet-and-roly-poly" stage.  LOVE IT!  She'll be off crawling and walking in no time, so it was fun to catch some  last baby images of her before she takes off!  Here are some highlights...

Yay! My website is up and running!

I am happy to announce my new website is finally put together!  My eyes are bugging out from staring at the computer screen for way too long...  Go check it out when you get a minute!  (At least you can see the pictures now that the slide show isn't so puny.)  My poor kids kept coming into the office and saying, "Oh.  You're STILL working with pictures?"  Eye rolls...  Me: "Yes, girls - still working...  Hey, can you fix yourselves some dinner?"

I am loving taking senior class photos!  The teens I have worked with have all been so fabulously cooperative!  Plus, it helps that they are so good looking.  Ah, to be a teenager again...  Wait, then again - no, thank you.
